Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system. 

The abstract can be up to two A4 pages:

• First page for the short abstract limited to five lines and the full abstract with all references;
• Second page for pictures and/or figures.

The abstract must be written in English and submitted using the template available for download (Word .docx format - 24 KB). Save the completed abstract as a .pdf for submission.

Abstract submission closes on 15 March 2025 at midnight GMT. All abstracts must be submitted by this date.

The Scientific Committee will vet the submitted abstracts and authors will be notified by email about the Scientific Committee's decision by 30 March 2025. Accepted abstracts will further be assigned as an oral or poster presentation according to the scientific committee’s decision.

The accepted abstracts will appear in an electronic collection of abstracts. They will be published as received, and any formatting, spelling, grammar, or scientific content errors will not be corrected. It is important to note that authors are solely responsible for copy-editing and formatting their abstract documents.
